RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED BEGINNING MAY 10, 2026 @ 8:00 AM!
Entry forms are done on a spreadsheet that is to be emailed to sturms@shaw.ca. The spreadsheet is emailed to the studio owner once the deposit has been received. Please double check all entries to ensure correct levels, disciplines etc. No changes will be made to the final program.
- Online Reservations open May 10th, 2026 at 8:00 am.
- Early bird registration (fees paid in full) is November 1st, 2026.
- Entries will be accepted until December 15th, 2026 on a first come, first serve basis.
- All entries must be sent by the closing date — entries received after this date will only be accepted if space permits and are subject to late fees.
- Payment for entry fees is accepted by money order, certified cheque or e-transfer.
- Post-dated cheques are NOT accepted. (Please see entry forms for fees).

Deposits are required in the following way:
1 - 25 Entries: $500
25 - 50 Entries: $1000
51 - 99 Entries: $1500
100 + Entries - $2000
